Returns & Refunds Policy

Our return policy provides a 7-day window from the date of item receipt for initiating a return. To be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note, returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For issues regarding damages, defects, or incorrect items, inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions apply to certain items such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and select hazardous materials. Contact us for concerns about specific items.

Returns for sale items or gift cards are not accepted. For exchanges, initiate a return, await approval, and make a separate purchase for your desired item.

For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period allows cancellation or return of orders, following our standard policy.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approved returns to your original payment method. Contact us if 15 business days elapse post-approval without refund receipt.
